This valve is mainly suitable for the opening and closing of the ash and slag discharge of the dry ash system of thermal power plants, as well as the opening and closing of the feeding of abrasive and corrosive dust media such as mines, lime plants, and cement plants. The valve has the characteristics of good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, strong wear resistance, flexible opening and closing, no sticking and ash accumulation, and long service life.

*PG wear-resistant ceramic transfer and discharge valve product body is made of cast steel, cast iron and wear-resistant ceramics.

*Use temperature≤250°C

*The nominal pressure of the actuator is 0.4-0.6Mpa, and the nominal pressure of the valve is 1Mpa.

*Can also be customized according to user requirements.

Installation and use points

1. Read this instruction carefully before installation, and check the valve model, diameter and technical parameters.

2. It is strictly forbidden to weld the flange after installing the valve, so as not to damage the valve sealing ring. The valve installation distance reserved by the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange.

3. The center of the two pipes and the center of the valve diameter should be kept coaxial, and the flange surface should be flat, and no large deflection of the flange surface is allowed to ensure the clamping and normal operation of the valve. Tighten bolts should be uniform and symmetrical.
