High Pressure Oilfield Plug Valve FIG 1502 

Plug Valves are used to control flow open and close. valve bodies are die-forged from premium alloy steel and heat treated to ensure the strength. Plugs and seal segments are machined from heat treated alloy steel with special surface treatment to ensure reliable sealing capacity.

Compact structure, easy operation and maintenance.
Union connections on both ends.
Available with manual, handwheel and hydraulic actuators with limiter switches.
Valves can be serviced without removing from the line.
Plug valves for standard service range are available in 1 " to 4 " bore sizes and 6,000psi to 20,000psi rated pressure

Material and working pressure:

Forged of quality high strength alloy steel, are low torque

Valves based on the technologies introduced from SPM. 1",2"and 3" plug valves with

rated  working pressure of 6000,10000,15000 psi(42,70,105MPa) are available.

Working surrounding:

The plug valve can work in normal temperature, low temperature or H2S environments.The model of plug valve available: 1"×2",2"×2",3"×3",rated: 6000psi(42MPa)~15000psi(105MPa).

Type of end connection:

End connections of plug valves with sizes in English system maybe  union or male/female thread (LP,TBG), and they can be freely connected with products in international market.

Can be done without removal, and no special tools are needed for removal; 

Good sealing performance:

Visible: There is a visible positioner where we can see if valve is open or closed. Brake spring will limit the position of valve. 3"hand wheel opener is suitable for opening in low temperature.Valves can be opened freely and flexibly.
