 Electric penstock valve is a kind of valve whose gate and valve seat are always in close contact and sealed.The opening and closing part of the electric flapper valve is a gate. The direction of movement of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The electric flapper valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, not adjusted and throttled.The gate has two sealing surfaces. The two sealing surfaces of the commonly used mode gate valve form a wedge shape, and the angle of the wedge shape varies with the valve parameters.

Principle: There is a round mouth of the same diameter on the gate. Through the opening and closing of the gate, the round mouth on the gate is detached from and coincides with the diameter.

Nominal diameter range: DN50-DN500

Nominal pressure range: 1.0MPa-1.6MPa     

Material: cast steel, stainless steel

Gate material: 2Cr13, 201, 304, 316, 316L

Connection form: clip-on type

Valve seat sealing ring: nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, fluorine rubber surfacing 2Cr13, cemented carbide

Packing seal: graphite packing, ptfe packing
